Acrylic Pour is a fun and creative way to create abstracts by pouring layers of colours one above the other the create psychedelic effects on a surface.
Pouring is a great way to smooth out unwanted texture, get marbleized effects, rich colored glazes and add some fun to your painting process. Free-flowing liquid paints and mediums are the heart of the pouring process. Adjusting the viscosity and flow rate to work in tandem with how you want the paints to interact with each other is key.
Adding a blowing method to your poured paint ads to the drama and makes it all the more exciting.
A participant will blow air over the poured paint with straws to create patterns and shapes, be it a flower bouquet or a bird like the Flamingo!
